NS please give ur thoughts on a Company Name

A couple friends and i are starting a basic headwear company. And so far, the hardest part is naming it. so using the list of names, that we have thought of below, jus name the one u like. or if u have any other ideas, all help is appreciated.

Names:

Jibeanies

Soldjah Headwear

Legit Headwear

Limited Headwear

Mission Headwear

Recon Headwear

Rampage Headwear

4-yor-dome Headwear

 
im definatly not feeling any of those names, especially limited and Soldjah (I think thats used in another companies name)
 
I like "Soldjah Headwear"...it refers to rastafari...soldiers of babylon...jah...You could have a big rasta theme...
 
Recon, mission, or rampage are all good, I would prefer Steeze headware, Or If your gonna make helmets you gotta call up brain buckets
 
why don't you just call it HEAD? ok, just kidding, i like recon headwear the best, but i would actually just drop the headwear part and call it recon. from a marketing/branding point of view (and i am qualified to offer one), you should probably keep it short, sweet, and highly focused on the point. i kind of hate soldjah headwear (sp?), but if you guys are a bunch of blunt-smoking rastafarians, then it works brilliantly. alternatively, if you are a bunch of stoner white boys from the country, let your name speak to that... hope this helps, i would keep it to one or two, possibly three syllables at most. keep in mind you are also going to be designing a logo for your company and it is much easier to design a logo when there are less words/letters to contend with.

In all seriousness though. I have a feeling that would be a really good name. It gets peoples attention and if you made sick hats...well itd be dope.
 
Whatever you do, don't pick a name like "recon" or mission, or soldier, theyre all unoriginal and boring, and those names won't help you.

Head Condoms is catchy, at least. It's all about marketing in a name, and being memorable. I liked Meatballs too.. glad to see you started this thread, at least youre thinking.
 
well we narrowed it down to either RECON, Ethnic, or Domewear. and please, be serious. although head condoms would be pretty sick, we're not gonna put it out there on hats or anything else we make. thanks for the suggestion tho.

so vote on ur favorite, cuz you guys are our buisness, so we want to be apealing to every member on here
 
damn, awsome suggestions guys, so varied its hard to choose. keep thinking. we came up with a new final list. Legit, Ethnic, and Domewear. vote on these. and if there are enough of u who agree on a different name. we may replace it with one of the 3 on the list, or add it. but once again, awsome ideas guyz. keep them comin!
