NS Movie Nominations

Hey guys, so after tallying all the votes and weeding out the 1's and alias accounts that were created the day the contest started, we have come up with a Top 4 and 2 alternate nominations. The 5th nomination will be an official NS Staff selection announced tomorrow.

The alternates are there in case someone in the Top 5 doesn't deliver a good edit. So if a top 5 nomination fails to make a good edit, an alternate will replace them in the top 5. Either way, the Alternates edits will be shown in the bonus features.

In addition to the top 5, the NS movie will have an opening segment featuring the piracy of Cedric Tremblay-Fournier and a closing segment featuring the ninja skills of Gus Kenworthy.

Editors will have until August 15th to make a new edit for the movie, so if you were nominated, message me with your email address immediately so I can send you the info package.

i want to make a suggestion for the round of finalists, that the rankings should be eliminated during voting, and that people shouldn't even be able to see the rating the movie has till after the voting, that should eliminate the 1, 10 voting, and get real ratings (other than the cheaters).

I'm going to have to agree 100% on that suggestion. Don't show the voting score average at all. Just have people vote 1 through 10 and that's it. Also, I don't think you should show who's coming in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. I just thought from the beginning that the voting system was kind of screwy.
