So cool NS you want to sell jackets and shit with your logo.but having things labeled "coach jacket" with some D bag smoking just makes NS look fucking ridiculous....
 
I agree. In my opinion smoking looks pretty lame and it is kinda dumb how young people are still doing it. But that's just my opinion .
 
Why the fuck does it matter. You have free will.

Buy the jacket and smoke, or don't. Why does it matter.

What? It's marketing. Sure, the marketing technique of "smoking is cool" has phased out almost entirely, but why can't the photographers choose how to setup their scene? It's their job, not yours. Also their paycheck.

I agree, but the rhetoric you used made it seem like perpetuation of hate on NS. Instead of "some d bag smoking" looking "fucking ridiculous", you could have just said "What are your thoughts on [insert "model" pic here]? I think xyz." This would allow for a much more open forum of discussion and more opinions to shared.
 
I smoked a pack a day more or less for several years. I wouldn't recommend it. It was hard to quit. Glad I did though that nonsense is gross. When I get too drunk and have a smoke I feel like shit the next day.

I was told Dad Hats were the hot shit right now.

We're open to suggestions though - we sold out of everything we made this year, so save one small re-order of Dad Hats our next step is to work on our lineup for the Fall.

Gotcha, thanks! I'm not a wearer of Dad Hats myself, but I would definitely buy another NS snapback or two, more likely. The aesthetic and the fit was great.

I guess snapbacks have gone out of style though, so maybe not enough demand for another order. Damn hipsters.

I mean personally I hate the fucking Dad hats... I guess its because I'm actually a dad so the irony of the whole thing is lost on me.

But yeah - those types of hats are the shit right now. I really like the snapbacks too - and its certainly not off the table.

We're going to start communicating with you guys, asking customers, etc. about the new line and what you'd like to see. So if enough people want snapbacks we'll do 'em.

Next runs shirts, make the font of the "Newschoolers" proper white, makes it stand out a little bit. Also maybe realease a shirt with a small logo top left on the shirt ? just some thoughts..

The small logo top left on the shirt is something we have heard suggested and also thought about internally. That definitely sounds like a good idea.

As well, having the White logo treatment is the direction we want to go.

Maybe even neck tubes ? would be mad to have 2 tubes... one plastered in OG logos and the other in the current logo.. just food for thought

Yeah neck tubes would be tight. I actually have a sample from Phunkshun which is pretty awesome, and we're looking at those wacky wizard hats or whatever is hot right now too.
 
NS branded cowhides? I would settle for a NS Davy Crocket hat also. Doug you should bail on this website and start a ranch. It's not really working out anyway.
