for 40 bucks ya can get a 40oz of captian morgan for 35 and that will easyily get 4-6 poepel wasted...
 
Keystone is cheap beer that tastes better than Natty.

We had a full keg of Keystone at a party with like 10 people on New Year's Eve..

But for 40 bucks I'd get some liquor, and have your friends bring some beer/weed.

actually, get some more money, and buy amarula, jager, whiskey (i prefer canadian club specifically), tabasco sauce, and 151. pour them into a double shot glass in that order, light it on fire for 3 or 4 seconds, blow it out, and slam it back while it's still warm. it's good shit... it might not sound like it, but try it, trust me.
 
if you want to do it cheap Colorado style I recommend only the finest: Handles of Mccormicks vodka comes in normal rubbing alcohol or fancy raspberry rubbing alcohol flavors. I think it is like $13/handle. If you want some cheap beer the only way to go is Keystone. Booyah!
 
Haha, when I visited my friend in Boulder I tried McCormick's.. that shit is fucked. We stuck it in the kid's freezer and it froze... I forget what the exact number is, but anything over a certain proof like physically cannot freeze, and yet it did... But it got us fucked up, so I know it had alcohol in it.. so weird. Lewis and Clark in Montana tastes worse though, I think. And fuck yeah for Key!
 
Oh, I had a great night with McCormick's, I just couldn't stop laughing when we had to thaw out a fucking bottle of vodka... couldn't find beer because it was Thanksgiving week and everyone was away so we played liquor pong with one shot per cup and the winners took victory doubles... I think everyone in our group threw up at some point that night, but damn was shit crazy haha.
