NS Keeps Screwing Up

On my computer NS keeps screwing up. 90% of the time when i go to a new page something like this comes up.

Any Help? other things also keep happening that i havn't gotten screenshots of.

yea cuz it went to one of the screwed up screens the first time so i coudlnt tell if it posted haha
