What would be the funniest way for OP to die?
1. Crashing into a tree because he's too busy staring at his phone while driving.
2. Boofing bleach because he mistakened it for Coors Light.
3. Suicide by cop because he couldn't take people on the internet reacting negatively to his negative bullshit.

in all seriousness the toxicity is a precipitation of a culture that allows it to exist and permeate and excuses are made for the toxicity for years and years rather than anyone doing anything about it which maintains the gatekeepy nature of the toxicity and keeps this site's demographics skewed so heavily in the rich white boy realm of the spectrum. my no-nuance-November take is this: like a fish doesn't know what water is, privileged skiers just get used to toxicity and overt displays of privilege and don't take seriously any acknowledgements or critiques of the existence of either.

Bruh I’m a naive kid and I’m like top 25 members on this site. So that whole Ns DoEsN’t WaNt NiAvE kIdS can kiss my ass. Younger people don’t like hearing people disagree with them or when people call them out for shit, gotta get used to it. Some People aren’t afraid to call people out or crack a joke on here, maybe troll a person or two. But if ur to thin skinned to handle that online god I only wonder what ur like in person. I remember NS being way way more toxic. There was a member named JD may and he would just destroy you with intelligence. Crushed my soul. Or the legend Lateralus. My fuck did that guy get raw.
It was so brutal and mods were very lax. It should be a fun place for freedom of expression. And maybe skiing itself has big issue. Ego and ability are definitely bedfellows. And humans love to be cliquey.
For me. I don't bother. If a bunch of kids wanna be gangster about skiing go for it. They don't scare me. If you want to be super richboy about it. Flaunt it. You want to be dirt bag. Fuck. Go for it (just don't litter guys)

NS isnt even toxic 90% of the so called hate threads are actually reasonable criticisms that most of us agree on. Obvs some are just outta pocket af but the guys that post the REAL hate threads always get called out.
