NS Icon - Wont change

Everytime i try and upload an icon it says it has uploaded but it never displays???

Anything I may be doing wrong?

1. Find the picture that you want to use as your icon

2. Go to this website and change the image size to 50x50 -http://avatarmaker.net/

3. Upload the image to your account where it says change icon

4. Keep uploading the new icon a few times until it stays permanently
