I've been dying to find a sweet neck wallet for my cash and keys and noticed Ian Compton wearing one in episode 3 of the RTC. Do any of you know who makes these?

In Dutch we call those things nektasjes (neckbags) worn 90% of the time by Chavs, wiggers and the like (other 10% is equally distributed over children & tourists).

Do note that they aren't made by luxury brands as Prada and Gucci despite sporting their colors and motives, they are 10 euro on the black market and made in China.

some ski related company makes the one ian is wearing. I dont remember who though. They were handing them out like hot cakes at beartooth summer sessions. My brother got one but gave it away when he realized its about the ugliest damn purse any basic bitch would wear.
