OK, so I was just in the hall at campus and I saw these crazy shoes...I didn't have a chance to ask the guy what they were so help me out.

The best why I can describe them is they looked like a rubberish material (black), sort of like water shows of some kind, but they had TOE HOLES, just like toe socks have. That's the best I can do for now...they were actual shoes, not like slippers or anything, but I wanna find them cause they looked crazy cool.

There is a store in Boulder that has like a "flip flop" sandal with individual holes for your feet. I'm not sure what they are called or what the store is called, but I can ask my roommate tonight.

Not Bape and not crocks...aspen might be on to something.

I know my description is lacking...imagine a lowtop slide-in shoe that is made of a rubber-like material, with toe holes. It looked like one of the more outdoorsy-naturalistic (hippy) brands...think arc'teryx, marmot, mountain hardware...brands like that.

It looked almost like a rafting shoe, maybe diving...that's why I said water.

But yeah, black, slip-on low-top (not over the ankle) shoe with toe-sock attributes.

I love 'em...walking barefoot is the coolest feeling ever, but you can't always do it, even in the summer. These would be awesome, I'm measuring my foot when I get home.

haha i dont think i would wear them in public but it would be pretty sweet to put em on and go run around for a little

For all of you who don't know how to click on links...or read threads for that matter...here is what they are:
