NS FESTIVAL: Updates

Here's the latest on the HUGE festival going down at blue this upcoming weekend, the 14th of December:

The competition (halfpipe and rail) are FREE for everyone to enter.

Registration starts at 10:00am.

Skier pipe comp starts at 2pm and goes till 3.

Skier rail session starts at 4pm and goes till 5.

Lights will stay on in the park until 6pm.

FREE movie premieres start at 7pm and run till 10, at which point the 19+ party at Jozo's goes on till close.

There are TEN companies with tents and demos, including Burton and Salomon. TONS of prizes!!

The movie premieres are now licensed as well.

That should cover anything. If you have any questions, just ask!

Well to sum things up, it was a blast!! Good show, good turn out of skiers!! There were more skiers than boarders there which was awesome. I had a lot of fun filming the whole day. Im missing out on the Strike 3 show right now though but fill me in on how that part of the event went. All in all, its an awesome way to start up the season!

yeah mauii i heard about that.. shitty deal.. 2 times too.

im heading to the hospital in about an hour to go see if i broke muy collar bone in the pipe. and that poor jeff kid. his knee is gone!!. when he fellt hough all of us waiting to drop in ended up sitting on the edge and telling skier/snowboarder jokes across the pipe

skank wars got cancelled.. go yell at skyy,
 
yeah..i really should have practised a bit on the smaller rails. But, due to whatever reason..i seem to be resistant to pain and have a big urge to try bigger things. I dont know if thats good or bad...

No man, thats good. No guts no glory right. I was trying to get the vid up but my computer is sooo slow, it makes things hard. I just emailed a guy asking how much its going to cost to upgrade lol. I'll keep trying to get that vid though, when I have it I'll message ya.
