What if ever NSer put in just one dollar, just one. Then NSers buys Sealand, our very own country. Or buy a TCBY.

An annual NS holiday to the Island. I wouldn't be surprised if it turned into a murder-fest within a few hours.

Fuck that though, I say we buy Vancouver island. All of it, and evacuate all the current residents, build a network of mountain bike trails, ship in hot girls from all over US/Canada, and no water fountains: guiness on tap. Chronic christmas trees. Steak every night. No one goes back to their cabin without a girl at night. Heli shuttles to Whistler, regular planes to Revelstoke and Valdez. Regular festivals with the Cool Kids, Cali P, Pretty Lights....

 
i just dont believe much skiing would actually happen. it would turn into a weed plantation and everybody would just smoke all day and mabye do some hacksacking
 
ok lets think of it this way....at most there are going to be a possible 1000 NS members that would donate ( that's pushing it ) even with that many that's still 30 dollars each for an island in south America.....I mean it would be fucking awesome if we owned it but unless some srs organizing goes down soon I don't see this happening
 
Im down but fuck everybody getting a small portion. just build a ballin ass casino or party house or some shit and we all get a share in it and get money from it and can visit it whenever.
 
Sweet idea but i think it would be more legit to buy some uninhabited land in like the middle of the country and just build a dope lodge and the most badass summer set-up ever....this way its right in the middle of the country so east coasters and west coasters have an equal travel.

How about a NS house in pemberton? (20miles from whistler)

250 shares, $2500.

This should generate enough money to buy a half million dollar house. Plus a trust with $1250000 for taxes, repairs, insurance, TV's, furnature, sleds, and other house related expenses etc.

This would get us a 3000 sq ft house with 6 bedrooms.

It would be crammed but could hold 20 people. So, the share holders would receive 2 weeks in winter, 2 weeks in summer for life.

Also, a $10 per night fee for shareholders. While shareholders would have priority, empty beds could be rented out nightly at $25 to non shareholders, . This will generate around 60k per year and would add another level of security and sustainability for the house.

rednames should setup some sort of system where they could save up for a few years to buy a small resort or something all by NS donations :P
