How about a NS house in pemberton?  (20miles from whistler)
250 shares, $2500.
This should generate enough money to buy a half million dollar house. Plus a trust with  $1250000 for taxes, repairs, insurance, TV's, furnature, sleds, and other house related expenses etc.
This would get us a 3000 sq ft house with 6 bedrooms.
 It would be crammed but could hold 20 people.  So, the share holders would  receive 2 weeks in winter, 2 weeks in summer for life.
Also, a $10 per night fee for shareholders. While shareholders would have priority,  empty beds could be rented out nightly at $25 to non shareholders, . This will generate around 60k per year and would add another level of security and sustainability for the house.
