NS Advice wanted: Buying a car (WRX)

Two of my friends have them, they go fast and are pretty sick. The only thing is the rear end (axle, shocks, other rear stablizing components) all peaced around 30,000 miles... i mean it could be my friends driving, but they had a '06 and an '07 for model years if that helps you any. get a good one!
 
if they launch them alot the trannys,rear diffs,axles cv's and all that take all of the brute with awd,unlike a fwd or rwd when if you launch too hard the tires will slip. you have to learn how to drive an awd without killing it.
