Novelty ID's (I know, search bar, but I need up to date answers)

I know that there have been threads on this, but I need to know what websites are still legit, some of them have started scamming. I was wondering what websites have been legit recently that you guys may have bought, and how good the cards are (do they swipe, backlight, ect.). Thanks.

why would you need to swipe a novelty ID?

go to a place that makes them, so you can see it in person. this is like buying weed on the internet...

okay, you could hypothetically send me a high quality photo of yourself in front of a white wall in JPEG format and give me your address and i would then hypothetically get one made and send it to you. it would be international mail however since i am in Asia. hypothetically.

theoretically, my brother spent a semster in turkey and kidna copied a friends ID. then took that, pasted his face on it, and laminated it. theoretically. he never, ever, got questioned because no one would have any idea about it... theoretically. it was genius, theoretically
