Fiber is over rated , all it does is swell up and constipate, especially combined with too much water, if your healthy and don’t eat garbage you don’t need extra fiber, now if your talking ibs , crohns, gastroparesis etc... that’s different
research fibrous bezoar, pharmaco bezoars are a thing too, I had a fibrous one , fucked me up but Mexican coke and a ridiculous amount of digestive enzymes fixed it

I eat meat fish eggs Peanut butter and chicken , I drink water and Mexican coke only, do have two cheat days a week but I don’t over do the cakes and pies , my energy is seemingly limitless, I never tire , my skins healthy as shit and I poop like a goddamn thorough read race horse on cocaine
