no shit this sounds just like my best friends roomate last year down to the retarded /b/ shit and the skyping and just sitting in his bed all day not having any friends... i am truly sorry for you that fucking sucks.
 
Troll him harder. buy like 30 dildos and scatter them around your side of the room with a bunch of soggy body building mags. Then start a collection of coathangers and jelly jars. Then ask him if he wants to go smoke meth and come to your neo-nazi meeting. Then buy a bunch of knives and little girls panties and leave them around too.

does his gf go to college also?

I had a similar situation my first semester freshman year. Nerd ass roommate with a gf he would visit every weekend. The situation was not nearly as bad as yours and it was nice having a room to myself on weekend nights so i could bring girls home/sleep in undisturbed.

Second semester he transferred schools to be with his gf. When he broke the news to me when we where eating lunch together the biggest smile came across my face instead of an "aw shucks" look, i think he got pissed at that but i dont really care.

The second semester I got a new roommate (21 yr old Australian dude), it was a much better living situation after that.
 
better than what happened to me. I got an apartment with who i thought was my best friend, he started stealing my shit, freaked out whenever i touched his stuff or took a bong rip from him, then told me without any warning that he was moving out and i had to find a place to stay. so i ended up without a place to live for a couple weeks. fun
 
One weekend you should just casually tell him you're leaving to go to that exact college to hang out with this girl you met online.

Then just sleep next door the whole weekend.
 
My freshman year dorm room was a chicks dorm like 2 years before that and she hung herself. Didn't help that the building whistled like no other
 
Just found out that a month ago, a student shot himself in the apartment above me. This is after moving out of a place where some dude killed his gf next door and kept her body for 3 days... I seem to have bad luck
