You don't want to build youself skis, it's a hard thing, and if it's only for 1 or 2 or 5 pairs, I don't think it's worth the cost..You're better off with company skis, and at least with them, you have a guarantee...
Use the search bar, and no disrespect but you can't spell which leads me to believe that you can't read english that well and most sites that have ski building info are in english.
^or that hes 12. either way, unless you go through like 6 pairs of skis a year, this isnt worth it. even then, its not really. its really hard to make a good ski, and prototypes cost money+time, and probably wont ride well.
we are cutting molds soon. We were gonna cut them today, but a friend stopped by and mentioned he knew a couple people with shop bots, and since I can easily make g-code from the cad models I have of the molds, we're gonna try to do it that way.
I have the whold press (frame, molds, etc.) modeled in pro/E, so I'd use the built in shit for that... I've done it before and I have the book, so I could figure it out again. if not, I could probably do it by hand, I had to do a few assignments by hand last year.
We have a few cnc machines at my school but i made all the stuff for my skis during the summer= more manual tools. g-code is so ghey when you have to handwrite it. Then again our cam program is equally terrible and works like shit.
Skibuilders.com is the best on3p and surface have accounts on the forum, and there are tons of different examples of presses. They also sell all the fiberglass, p-tex, edges and tip tail spacers you need
