I went to a private school in ct and they definitely have drug tested people, usually those who have a history of use (ie they found it in their dorm room at some point). I've never heard of anyone getting hair tested though, that's intense.
Honest question though- If you had already failed a drug test in October, why didn't you just stop for the two months and make sure you did absolutely nothing wrong with the school? I mean it would only be two months and if they felt like you were making strides of improvement they might not have asked for the hair test. Your attitude and faculty perception of you over the last couple of months could have helped you in this case. Disclaimer- I have never smoked before, but I have had friends who were kicked out of high school for failing drug tests and I know of people getting kicked off college teams and not getting jobs because of failing them.
The last thing you want to do is to get kicked out of high school because that will probably set you back a year in school and make it tougher to get into college.

If the pee test was invalid it was because it was too diluted to test. That's what those detox drinks do, they keep your pee yellow even though it is basically straight water. I have passed drug tests with urine-luck synthetic urine, but with the guy watching you that's not really going to fly. That stuff is clutch though its 20 bucks and comes with a little heat pack and the container has a thermometer on it.
For future reference. If you fail, don't smoke for a while until you pas their tests.
Or just smoke a bunch the day of your test. I did that once. It didn't go over so well but it amused me in my time of need.

I thought it was a urine test thats why I kept smoking and I ended up passing but she wants a hair test to see if I stopped in between. I have a meeting today with my dad to discuss expulsion if I fail a hair test but I'm still putting up a case to not take one in the first place.

Don't shave your head, they'll take hair from your legs..or balls of its there yet. Fight back thought, you got the right idea! Public school isn't the worst, just hang in there. Most colleges are going to be good enough. Even if you go to county for a year, don't sweat it and keep fighting back!

Here's some advice from someone that is older. Don't let other people/administration start getting you down. Try your best to be a good person and treat others as you would want to be treated. Grades are important but it doesn't dictate on who you will become. A good work ethic will get you the furthest in life. You will make mistakes as you already admitted and being accountable/humble about it is the learning lesson so as long as no one is dead. Now for your situation. Sounds like they have a drug policy. Get to know their policy and don't entitle them to more then the stipulations. If the stip is a piss test, then thats all there should be. The school sounds like they have gone unchecked for far too long. Also, someone watching your junk during the test is highly negligent. Not sure if your school or the clinic they send you to even knows the policy. Good luck kid
