i thought the music was good, it is different from the usual lame generic rock and hip hop found in many ski movies.

 
it looks cool, but a lot of the shots are just different angles of ones in the x trailer, but still sick.

wats everyones deal with slomo its good it lets you see their supersteeze better.

i saw the thing to order NASM at poorboyz site and i wondered wat the hell it was, i found the trailer the other week and its frikkin sik! how sik is that 0 spin up the stepup!!! alot of it is X footage from diff. angles tho.

 
I think this movie would be better of if it just featured the unknown euro skiers, instead of sharing a solid chunk of its content with the far more dominant 'X'. it probably also wouldn't hurt to find music thats not from classic skate and snowboard films either.

 
alright i thought i'd clear up some things concering our teaser for NASM and push films. first of all we feature a solid chunk of the footage featured in the pbp videos and that's because i shoot that footage for johnny and for myself. i agree it's pretty lame we share so much footage, but that's the way it's been for the past couple of years. i'm stoked on being involved shooting for pbp and hanging out with the crew, but i'm also equally stoked on working on my own projects, so that's the reason for all the same footage.

we do however feature a lot that's not in X and vice versa. it's not an exact replica ya know. our music and editing is different too and again vice versa, so in a sense it's two different projects. i can't really tell you what's different without sounding ignorant and dissing pbp. johnny and the boys make awsome videos and without them i wouldn't be shooting as much as i do. but i have my own ideas sometimes and it's fun hacking them out. this isn't one of those 'rider owned rider driven' things were i go off saying we can do it better, but ski videos are lacking. so i guess it's up to everyone out there to stoke each other out and keep pushing the bar. sure the skiing is pretty much the main event, but as you know from watching different videos, there's a lot too it when it comes to editing and music...apart from those who think our editing suck, then you should maybe buy a different video.

we've been getting some implies on poaching music from snowboard and skateboard vids too, but that's just dumb. it basicially boiles down to musical tastes in my book and there are so many videos out there who are featuring the same music for instance the same billy idol song in robotfood, tgr and pbp, msp and absinthe, 1242 and the dc video...the list goes on and on. sure classic tracks shouldn't be touched, but hey, gives a break. we're poor and lonely and locked in our basement for three months during the summer...yesterday i found out one of our songs for this years movie is in hot chocolate..am i changing it? hell no!

oh and to the kid who said we ripped off their name...sorry dude, but i got that name from sage. hell what do i know, i live under a rock in norway. right levin?
