Not another mounting question

So as the title says i just got the 08-09 171 line chronics im 5'7 138 pounds...i ski 85% park 15% all mountain at my home hill...However i am going out west 2 times this year so im thinking mounting them -2,-1 from true center or true center. What do u guys think?

-2 or -1, I'd go with -2. DO NOT center mount a ski that isn't symmetrical (i.e. Invaders).

yea i would go center. matt.rad is dumb, invaders are symmetrical and i would go center with any ski besides a rockered pow ski. still performs all mountain no problem at centered

I wouldn't go that far..centremounting often fucks with the reported sidecut of the ski

^ true dat. just go for reccommended point which is -2 for chrons i think. where ever it is, it will be a super versatile mounting point for park/allmt/pow ski

recommended on chronics is at least -4cm. i have them and they are definitely not 2cm back
