off jumps you need tons of speed and its scary but i just like to do them on flat ground and stuff. when youre on like a cattrack go kinda slow and jump to do a 3 but put some pressure on your tips and just revert it around like butta
speed is what you need. i can't say it any better than the guys above me, and honestly, if you fall, its not like you are falling from hitting a big jump so it won't hurt bad at all.
i got my nosebutter 3s in the flats by swinging my outside arm into the rotation so when i leave the ground at 180 my body keeps spinning and lands forward
find a cat-track or a knoll thats impossible to go over without getting air. I set my spin hard and at the same time lean up hill so your head goes down by your tips. the knoll should just pop u and your momentum continues it. its something u just have to play around with
Exactly. Usually I try to go a little past 180, but make sure you pop off your noses to get the rest around. Once you get a few 3's, try them off of small rollers with more speed and you will be suprised at how much you can spin off of a nose butter.
