Northwest in late January

I'm probably gonna get yelled at for this thread but fuck it I'm asking anyways. I'm looking to head to Seattle in late January. I'll probably hit snoqualmie and Stevens pass. I'm not picky on powder, but I wanna know if going this year is a big risk. Many of the long range forecasts point to a warm winter for the northwest. I know this forecasts aren't extremely accurate but I just want some advice.

if things take a turn for the worse you can head towards higher elevation resorts like baker or crystal.

the base area at baker is only 3000ft. if its warm go to whistler.

oh so sorry... it's also typically colder further north of Seattle... and there are plenty of days where its raining at snoq and dumping at baker.
