Northstar vs. Sierra

Sierra wins, while northstar is fun and they have a lot of rails and boxes and stuff, and their jumps were pretty fun, sitting in line was not, and because of that it sucks, while Sierra doesnt have very bad lines, and a lot of boot. As well as some fine ladies. the only problem with both of them is that they have competitions taking up my sick zones and stunt ditches, so bam
 
ill see for myself this saturday, im headed over to sierra.

Northstars park is "ok"

the jumps suck, i overshoot everyone everytime.....the wallride is sick but always has bombholes in it, and the jibs are "ok" there really isnt anything tech other than the s rail and stair.
 
ya i agree. Sierra is better in many respects. and ya, whats up with the small landings at N*? my friend got a concussion yesterday hitting one of those.
 
sierra blows borestar out of the water with all non park stuff... to think about it... all that northstar has is... an ok park
 
I say that N* should go So-Cal and just make the entire front side of the mountain into a Terrain park. Its all groomers anyway.
 
i heard they have a step up stup down thing. Do they mean one of the cubes that you jump on and off of. Post pic if ya got them.
 
when I was there it was like a step up 3 feet to flat and one side has a rail down, but everthing else is just a 5 foot drop or something off the other side, my first time hitting it I had never seen it so I did a 180 up it then kinda freaked out when I was suddenly dropping, turned into a sick sw 180 though. no pics.
 
hahah that is exactly what my buddy did. 180 up, then OH CHIT IT DROPS to switch butter-like 180 off. it was pretty cool. but yeah, sierra's butter pad things are pretty dang fun
