Northstar special features

i hear that there are going to be like a half dozen jibs one is a huge and i mean huge bolder in the part covered in clear coat stuff its in the woods the new park is going to have a flow jib run in the trees ,another feature is a log cabin that you can chill in or slide the a frame roof

. everyone knows northstar doesnt have the best cliff drops soo they are makeing fat ones like 50 foot drops over shit. and they are makeing a set like the matix box they had last year ,but double as long with stairs,....there are a few other jibs that they are working on the are crazy shit
 
N* has a really good park but it's so crowed on the weekends! it's got some really nice hits all over the place. for steeps it's lacking huge ammounts of cliffs and stuff. the best place for steeps woulld be lookout. moonshine their pro park is awsome because they have big stuff set up and no one go in there most of the time!
 
i went to northstar for the first time this year, and the park was a lot of to do laps in, but yeah, it kinda was a box heaven. and some of the rails were really sticky. but it was really fun anyways
 
Ya everyone go to northstar!! It's never crowded, the jumps are massive and perfectly shaped. there are never gapers all over every jib and I have never seem a lift line. All the other resorts suck soo much cock compared OMG LOLZ.....latterrrr
 
Haha, I didnt realize that N* was abbreviating Northstar at first and I thought people were sensoring the word "nigger" and I was really confused and shocked.
 
I hear northstar is adding a special feature that slices the heads off of everyone who crowds the place to ungodly amounts.... nah just kidding, it's gonna be as riduclously over crowded and shitty to ride as ever, enjoy!

sounds dope, but really hard to believe. even if it is true it's gonna draw more attention to the mountain and the lift lines are gonna be even more rediculous.
 
No way that would be sweet. They are putting in a new high speed chair and it's away from all the runns that all the beginners like so much. Although it might not be steap enough in some spots but I guess that's where you put the rails and boxes.
 
Nstars park is built for snowboarders, the jumps BLOW. I overshoot them every time.

Jibs are ok, Ill get another pass there this year cause its cheap and gives me access to south lake hot days at Sierra.

I do ride nstar occasionally during the week for fun, but we all know Boreal and Alpine is where its really at.

Cant wait to move back to Truckee (two months and counting days).

 
I think it's just the cool thing to hate on Northstar on NS. Freeskier rated it as the third best park and they are so right. The park is amazing. The jumps are perfectly shaped every night and they have the best jibs ever.
 
I skied Alpine too. They have nice jumps and a few good jibs but the park is like 300 vertical feet. You can only hit like 5 feature in a run. At Northstar you can hit like 12-15 features in one run with nice flow and everything is set up so well.
