North Face Half Dome Hoodie Sizing

rule of thumb is to start with XL, divide your age by 2 and that number of X's. so you should be looking somewhere around 6-7XL. go with the 7 to be safe.
 
lol, got a chuckle outta this, OP in my experience with northface, they dont run tall, when they say 3XL they want that shit to fit that 380 pound guy eating mickey dees. a 3xl will be somewhat tall, but just as wide, IMO, get a XL at biggest. I got a XXL jacket and I regret it honestly. Go with an XL, it will be a little tall but not as wide, will still look good no homo
 
Funny I was just about to make a thread asking the same question about the Surgent hoodie. I'm 6'4, 180 lbs. I was thinking XL would be the best fit to wear skiing or just around. I feel like large would fit but would be too small for when it comes time to ski with it. Any second opinions?
 
I have a size L and I'm 6'1" 190 ish. I wear it as an every-day hoodie. It's probably about 4-5 inches below my waistline
