NORDICA stepped it up this year!!!!!!

Go to your local shop, ask to try on the nordica ace of spade boots.....Best boot I have ever put on my feet. bad part they cost me 580.

If you're complaining about park skis falling apart, then it's not nordica, its you lol.

Their top end freeride/big mountain ski stuff is solidly made as anyone.

The Radics seem sick. Cant wait to read some reviews. I wish they had some reverser sidecut in the tips and tail like the JJs do, that would be sick. But they seem like a cool ski.

The Ace of Spades Ti Pro is a sick ski, just costs out the ass so dunno if you'd want to be smashing rails all day on them. Race base too which doesn't make huge sense but they're sick as hell on groomers and as a general all-mountain ski that should still slay park.

Seeing as Elan makes ninthward, it is safe to say that "even ninthward makes better skis" is suitable to say for just about every company.

One of the people I ride with at Breck rides for Nordica and goes through a lot of skis in a season. LOVES the skis, but for some reason he manages to destroy them pretty quickly. I'm still edgy about trying any because I can't afford to replace skis at the rate he goes through them. Of course, everyone rides differently and breaks things (if I don't have FKS on my skis my bindings are likely to explode in a week), so it's not necessary the best durability evaluation.

I dont ever think Nordica was ever bad in the first place. They haven't needed to step up... they just turn out quality shit every season and are well under the radar for some reason.

Probably because they are to Kastle what the Baltimore Ravens are to the Cleveland Browns...

I don't know if we know the same person, but I also have a friend I ride with in Breck who has gone through 3 pairs of the Ace of Spades in about a month. The durability of the ski is terrible, however, he absolutely loves how they ride.

Yeah, one of my friends that I go to Breck with a lot skis on the Ace of Spades, and he absolutely loves them. I'm always impressed though with how fast he breaks them.

The reason behind nordica's "stepping up" this year is because this is the last year they're planning on making race skis. So, they didn't develop anything new and they just changed the graphics on all their race skis. All the money from the race department will now go towards other things like their twintips

Blindin' graphics - in all sense. But solid skis, well worth a look. Totally agree with the comments on the Ace of Spaces.

Nordica is a traditional brand, so most of the posers won't take a look.

no i think that even though their park skis look sick they are not super solid.

my friend broke brand new nordica just hitting a down rail in cardrona this year.

the most stupid fall ever. park skis should not have broken on this kind of fall.
