Nordica OMW

I did some christmas shopping and found last years Nordica OMW for $189! On evo. Even though it's a cheap ski and a good deal I'm guessing, I'm looking for a buttery playful ski that can handle the park every day, almost every run. I would like the ski to be a bit more "all mountain" maybe a wider underfoot. Im 5'8 120 pounds and if I were to get the Nordica OMW what length should I get I was looking at 167 but they also have a 174. I just now began stomping more technical tricks like blind 2s, surface spins, 5s etc. and I've joined the local team. Thanks for the help and Merry Christmas!

It's definitely gonna help you progress in the park to bigger jumps and features but it definitely isn't the most playful or buttery ski out there. If you're looking for a more all mountain butterball, I'd look elsewhere. That being said, they're still great skis that can butter and jib, just there are better out there. Check out the blister review on them

Well if you like nordica, the soul rider wouldn't be a bad idea, however I've heard it isn't quite as buttery as people make it look. Beyond that, there are a bunch.

ON3P Kartel 98

Armada Edollo

K2 Shredittor 102

Joystick Those or These

Faction Candide 2.0

Fatypus L-toro

Line Blend

J skis all play or whip it

Salomon Rocker 102s? Can't speak on their butteryness

Revision Talisman

RMU Rippah but they're all sold out for the season

If you ever have seen me post on here in the past two years probably 50 percent of the time its preaching the soul rider. Wider, softer, better. Get one.

Thanks man! I've eyed those for some time but was unsure I've seen good things though so might pull the trigger on them! Any recommendations on length for me like I said I'm 5'8 120 lbs.

174 would probably be ideal. If you are hitting a growth spurt or need them to last more than 1 season go 177. If you just want 1 season go 169. You could go either way

Mmmmm, I would say if you do a soul rider you could go either or, 169 or 177. The shorter ski may be better because itll spin easier and what not but if you grow the 177 will offer some growing room but it will be a little harder to get used to. What size ski do you normally ski? and what model? These are rockered tip and tail so longer is better.
