Nordica Ignition vs Atomic Punx

So ive narrowed my choice of new park skis for this year down to these two skis and im having a real hard time deciding. Ive read reviews that the ignition is a nasty ski for bigger riders which i am at 6' and 200 pounds but the longest size it comes in is a 177 but since its stiffer it might be ok? and i havent really seen any reviews or heard too much about the punx so im really looking for some possible input on that ski. ive already got a pair of urban punx for rails n shit so im really lookin for a stiffer jump ski for the most part. any input would be appreciated. thanks, greg

for a stiffer jump ski dont get either. i would say pipe cleaners, reno jibs,ar6,or chronics

Well the problem with tht is tht the shop i work for only carries atomic n nordica so really im stuck between those two skis... they dont have to be stiff thts just somethin i heard about the ignitions from a magazine haha

deffinatly not punx. i herd of people your size snapping them last year. id go with something a little stiffer

I don't know anything about the punx but I have the ignitions and they aren't that tight. The biggest problems I've had with them are they are too heavy (I own the 170s and I'm 5' 9'' 180 pounds) and the fucking topsheet is torn to shreds after one year of use. I agree with the other kids go buy some armadas or lines online and forget about nordica and atomic

ive been looking at these two skis as well im 5'7 around 130 but i heard the ignitions were really soft the same as the green ones last year

both sick skis, the punx are a little bit stiffer than the ignitions. well its more of an even flex than the ignitions, which are super stiff under foot and invader soft in the tips and tails. they are both really good.

sorry to double post but idk why everyone says ar6's are stiff. every armada ski i have felt is as soft as bacons. especially the ar6. i could flex those with my pinky finger. you want a stiff ski look at volkl, elan, chronics
