About to get this boot, but wondering how it copes with freeride. Im in no dobut it will be awesome in the park but not sure how it will hold up off pieste. Most people are saying its progressive flex will make it a good all rounder...........Any help?

good boot, if it fits your foot, stiff flex, works well all round, if you can flex it well, upright stance is the only issue for freeriding imo, also, gear talk.

Powder needs hard as cock stiffness, else you will be struggling when boot bends forward and nose of the skis gets under snow.

100 to 130 flex sounds like all mountain. They recommend this boot for all round, back country.

Mine fit me well and have been a great boot - that said I probably haven't really tested it to anywhere near it's limits!

Yeah i know that for big mountain charging i need a stiff boot, ive been riding with a stiff freeride boot for years, but when im not off, pieste im more often than not in the park and my old boots just give me shin bang. Im looking at this boot because i think it might be able to give me park and powder performance....if not im open to suggestions, but i have wide feet so the nordicas seem like they could be a good option. Just wondering how other people have found them?

I love mine and they are pretty damn stiff, you can hit rails, jumps, and rip carves with no problem. IMO I like the fit 10 times better than full tilts.

I ride mine literally everywhere on the mountain from Hiking trees, to GS courses, to park. Hands down best boot ever, only issue I've had is with my heel moving a little bit so i added some padding to the shell and its awesome now
