is there anyone out there who doesn't like watching the simpsons? (and i don't want a bunch of people replying saying 'simpsons kick ass' - we are all aware of that) I wanna know if there's anyone who doesn't like or just doesn't watch the simpsons.

i don't go out of my way to watch it, but when i do i thoroughly enjoy it. but i tend to prefer family guy.

ive watched about half an episode, in my entire life... i dont know, it just doesnt appeal to me. im not much a TV watcher in general, though, so that could be part of it.

Simpson are good. But Family guy is definitly better. And Clone High, even though it is MTV produced is great too. I mean, really, does it get better than Principle Scudworth?

for the longest time my mom wouldnt let me and my sisters watch simpsons because it was 'what is wrong with the world today' kinda uptight dont you think??

if its on then i watch it, but i dont know what exact times or even which channel it is on so if i do watch it then its merely by chance.

I don't like the simpsons at all. It used to be pretty good, and I liked it a lot when I was younger. Now, I can't stand watching any of the old episodes and especially not the new ones which are absolutlely terrible. I really don't ever watch TV though.

anyways - i met this chick over the winter who's parents don't let her watch the simpsons... it's funny when parents try to ban you from watching show's that arn't actually bad for you. My dad once said that I wasn't allowed to watch Roseanne because it showed bad family manners or some shit like that... i didn't really care though 'cause I hate that show, I wanna punch Roseanne in the face, she's so very annoying.

Family Guy is definitly better than The Simpsons just because in Family Guy they insult everyone... and Stewey is kick ass.

I don't care what anyone says though - Homer is the best dad in the world. lets his kids do their own thing, doesn't expect much from them, but when it comes right down to it you can tell that he loves them and will do anything for them... Also - The simpsons was rated the best religious show because they talk about god and go to church in more episodes than any other show in TV - AND on the show god has 5 fingers unlike the rest of the people... bet you didn't realize that one.

the satire on american life is what makes the simpsons so entertaining. also, the episodes where they make such stereotypical generalizations about how americans percieve other countries and their traditions (i.e. the simpsons go to japan, the simpsons go to australia, the simpsons go to brazil, etc) are hilarious.

where i live, fox is now airing simpsons episodes 3 times a day, 5 days a week. woo hoo!

i wish they would bring family guy back, though.

i got satallite - i can watch the simpsons like 10 times a day or something crazy like that...

and undergrads is a kick ass show... not nearly enough episodes out there. it's up there for top three shows (undergrads, family guy, simpsons) south park is good, but not as good.
