Non gay poetry?

We must have different criteria as to what defines levels of fruitiness. To me, pretty much all types of romantic diction are fruity, and all poetry contains romantic diction, thus, all poetry is fruity. qtd.

You should have taken the dicks out of your rears

These new schoolers man sluts

If sonnets make you gay,

Then tell that to shakespeare

No, wait I got to say,

He was kind of a gay queer

So happy poem writing,I must bid you farewell

And proceed banging your boyfriend with a can of hair gel.

That is my sonnet, written in traditional A B A B style
 
Apparently he was actually bisexual.

But fuck that. Bisexual doesn't rhyme with shakespeare.
 
yes, not his plays, but his famous sonnets, were actually about a young man and a misogynistic view towards a 'dark lady'

Sonnets are pretty gay, there's a long history of homoerotic poetry, especially sonnets.

Just remember:

ABABCDCDEFEFGG for rhyme scheme.

and

4/4/2 for structure.

And don't get stuck with structure, the structures are there to work in a way you want them to, sonnets aren't exactly conducive to talking about Mary Jane, unless you personify her as a woman - they're generally about love. FIgure out how the structure works and then use it to write the sonnet. Read some shakespeare sonnets, or Astrophil and Stella, look at how the structure works. Maybe don't even write a sonnet, make up a structure that works best for your poem. Anyways, good luck.
 
This is my favorite spoken word poem.....for those nights where im faced with at least 4 massive half chubs and a mission.

But really, check it out, starts quiet and gets louder so you may have to do some adjusting of le volume.. really good stuff tho.

 
This is just what i did in my head right now when the insperation hit me so the sylables may be off but its still a work in progress.

Mary jane used to be my biggest bane

now i am her bigest fan

she used to be my biggest shame

now i have embraced the fame

i used to never admit my claim

now i smoke the dankest bang

everbody can clearly see my anomisity

towards anybody that tries to take away my mary jane

all i need is one fat j to let me chill complaciently

i roll up all those mad drones in groups of fifty

just toking on a vape will always lift my mood

but the future for me and her will always be iffy

i guess i just have to wait til i aint so shifty
