Has anyone else used this stuff? Its for working out... you take about a scoop or so about 30 minutes before your workout, and it kinda fucks with you... hard to explain... but it increases oxygen to your muscles etc. so you can lift more and get more of a workout.

I added 45 lbs to my squat... up from my max (I squatted 245)

What are people experiences if they've used it?

For more info just google no-xplode

umm... no, not really.

i mean, im biased because i love it, but i did do a sort of extensive research project about creatine/kreb's cycle, etc, and it really is not bad, as long as you maintain hydration.

nothing in that container is good for you..

it really is MUCH healthier to just eat good foods and protein shakes.

too much creatine is not good for you.

This isn't creatine... its just a performance enhance kinda, 1500% of the daily recommded dose of vitamin B-12, pretty bad-ass if you ask me.

It doesn't make your muscles bigger, just gives you more energy, focus etc.

no xplode has alot of creatine. Try this other stuff i forget what its called, but ask at your weightlifting supplement store, its ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME, minus caffeine.

Just do 2 months on, 3 months off creatine, or its bad for your heart. and itll help you bulk then cut into hard muscle.

Also the caffeine added will reduce gains you make in mass.

If you want caffeine or are cutting, take lipo 6, its working so well already

some energy drinks have 10000% the reccommended dose of vitamin b-12...most of it just gets pissed out.

i believe it does actually have a creatine in it, i may be wrong though.

Also dont buy any any any body building multi vitamins, alot have toxic amoutns of vitamins, and iron

MEN DONT NEED MUCH IRON, it contributes to extremely high heart attack risk

try one a day mens, has less than 100% of everything, and no iron. and its 8 bucks for 3 months worth

Any form of supplement with XXXX% amount of whatever vitamins and minerals to help you 'stay awake' or 'get in shape' or whatever is just a gimmick.

You body can only use a certain amount of vitamins. There are two types of vitamins, water-soluble and fat-soluble. The products where you see hundreds percent higher of vitamins means they are probably just water soluble, and will get pissed out of your system. On the other hand, if they are fat soluble they can't get pissed out, and it is possible to OD on vitamins and kill you.

All that stuff is just for show, it doesn't really help. The best way is just to eat healthy with lots of protein. Things like Creatine don't really do anything. Creatine just makes it so your muscles absorb more water, it's all temporary and could be potentially harmful, there just isn't enough extensive research done on the topic yet.

Nahhh dog, creatine is a natural product of meats, its in all living animals, including us, it increases water retention, AND MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT, but mostyl the water retention.

Agreed on the vitamin levels, and lack of research on creatine safety

Creatine doesn't do shit for you all it does is just put water into your muscles and make you look bigger/stronger then you are.

i take it. definately helps. make sure your taking protein too though, cuz this is more of an energy/preworkout drink as opposed to a muscle/after workout shake to rebuild.

i added 80 pounds to my bench and went from reppin 450 to 810 on my leg press

i use to mix a scoop of noexplode with some creatine and pound it about 30 min before lifting, who knows if it helped considering i was on the ec stack and some prohormone type stuff that was sketchy but i will tell you after 3 months of working construction and hitting the gym 5 days a week i was in the best shape of my life and pretty ripped, so i would go ahead and take it and explore other options too, make sure youre maxing out on protein intake each day, i was at 200g day at least.

where is everyone getting their information? their friends? the dudes at GMC who will sell you anything and tell you anything? if someone has information contrary to what i said, from a reliable source, i would actually really like to hear it.

Flip sides to coin on everything, she works for a private clinic in van, and DID NOT SUGGEST OR RECCOMEND CREATINE. I didnt necesarily say it was safe, i said it works, and agreed on no long term research on dangers.

Also several people in this thread seem to support creatine.

You wish to build a straw man, it would help if you responded intelligently to what I said.

As far as high protein, again on two sides to every coin, many health proffesionals state that too much protein is bad, and upsets alkali balance.

try cytosports fast twitch it is wayy better for you and doesnt mess with anything in your body you just pee it out when your done trust me it works good

NO XPLODE HAS CREATINE

and its not good for you, its a supplement, they are never good ________________________________________

"it's not good for you"

there you go kitten.

well, i never said it was good for you. i said it wasnt bad for you if taken responsibly, and if you keep hydrated. i still support what i said, and if you can show me/tell me how it is unhealthy, i'll shut up

I agree it works too, but i thought you were saying its bad.

Signals crossed abit.

But simple, anything that increases muscle development outside of excercise, such as pro hormones or steroids, increases heart muscle tension. there ya go

The reason that creatine is bad for you is that it increases water retention in ALL of your muscles, not just the ones you are working out. That includes your heart. Excess water in the cardiac muscle of your heart has the potential to seriously fuck you up. Creatine is created naturally by your body, but it the levels of creatine in your muscles need to be regulated, and your body does a fine job of it without you taking supplements. If you go off and on with the creatine its supposedly okay but I still stay away from it. I used to take it and then I talked to a couple doctors that I know and they both told me that if you get too much in your system it can lead to heart attacks. I'll just stick to daily multivitamins and a high-protein diet.

^^ me neither..

but yeah no-xplode is trash, if you want weight get d-bol but muscle milk and cytogainer are like the best mass supps out there.

^^ Exactly ^^

On another note, the way some of you talk about how terrible some of these supplements are I hope to god that you don't ever eat fast food, fried food, lots of red meat, consume energy drinks, alcohol, get ripped, etc. There's a lot of things out there that are a hell of a lot worse for you....

yeah, i took it for quite some time. the effect really wears off after a while, i felt the energy and w/e like the first week or two and then it did nothing. it doenst make you much bigger or anything, i guess the little bit of creatine may help. but ya i'm real into this stuff and believe me its garbage i've talked to many trainers about it...whey protein and a good diet is whatcha need.

i heard bout the dude that took it

then stopped....an stopped wokin out...

flexed....an his bicep exploded...no lie

i guess you gotta keep workin out after you stop.....doctor told me that

lets put it this way, everything is slowly killing you...if you take the right precautions to be safe while in use (like the creator of this thread is) then it should be okay. I would still say work out without it after a while, yo should just use it as a start up tool.

I should have probably been more clear on my posts...when I said "exactly" on my first post I only meant that I've seen guys get rediculously large in a fairly short time...the stuff definitely seems to work. After that I was only playing the devil's advocate to your statement...there are plenty of reasons not to take the stuff, but because our ancestors didn't take it is not one of them.

if you want something that gives you a rediculous amount of energy for lifting this japanese sports nutrition company has an amino acids blend that if off the chain..easily rep 10-15lbs higher and do 3-10 more reps..it was seriously unbelievable. + recorvery time was shorter than ever aas well.

well idont kno much about no explode but i was gonna try it once but i kno that creatine is naturally found in your body and as long as you dont take more than you should and stay hydrated it is good for you... i put 20 lbs on my bench in about 2 weeks....
