The owner of an upscale steakhouse said he asked O.J. Simpson to leave his restaurant the night before the Kentucky Derby because he is sickened by the attention Simpson still attracts.

"I didn't want to serve him because of my convictions of what he's done to those families," Jeff Ruby said in a telephone interview Tuesday.

"The way he continues to torture the lives of those families ... with his behavior, attitude and conduct," he added.

Simpson, an NFL Hall of Famer and Heisman Trophy winner, was found innocent in 1995 of killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman but was found liable in a civil trial that followed.
 
O.J. Simpson is the shit ! He should killed that guy and threw him in the back of his white bronco and dropped in a dumpster around the corner.....
 
I think that is redic and how can someone be like hey...i dont like you GET OUT OF HERE...that should be some type of felonie
 
^ i think you can do that if it's your restaurant. but im not sure about that... and it seems it would create a lot of questionably racist situations... i dono maybe im wrong
 
There's no law that says you can't kick people out of your restaurant. It's a private business they can do whatever they want. You could call your restaurant "no niggers buffet" and no one could do shit about it... except not eat there.. and your restaurant would go bankrupt in like 5 minutes. I'm guessing that restaurant owner probly figured more people would get pissed at him for endorsing OJ at his restaurant than for kicking him out, so he did it. I mean, if someone walked into my restaurant in a bunch of KKK robes, I wouldn't serve them either.
