No skiing with cast?

I broke my arm three weeks ago and it is in a cast. How should I convince my parents to let me just go up to the hill and ski? They think just skiing is way to dangerous. Not even doing tricks or anything.
 
that is really stupid of your rents cus you couldn't break your arm though a cast and you could just ski hills not park with no poles. you dont even need your arms in skiing.
 
ive been skiing with a cast all winter. just put a big sock over it and dont ski the park... or at least tell your parents you arent
 
I know, I would. In fact last year I skiied with a cast on my hand. But this year they wont even let me get close to the mountain even if im going to stay out of park. what should i do?
 
I skied out west hitting massive jumps and jibs a louise with a fiberglass cast no problem just make sure the injury isnt too fresh is all idd say
 
Dude last year i had to get surgery on my hand, i was in a cast forever. I skied all the time no problem. I came in 2nd with a cast on in a comp. Dude just be like, its in a cast, there isnt anything that can go wrong, I let me friend hit me with a log in the cast, it was fine
 
yeah your going to be dying to ski so i would say if your parents are really against it just say that your going over a friends house or something and go up the the hill. just be smart about it and you will be fine. if you stay away from the park or just film and stuff i highly doubt you could really get hurt again
 
Dude its in a cast, it's rock solid. What can I tell you, your parents are just uptight fascists. Tell them that you do what you want and that your going up to shred with your crew.
 
im not sure about the whole skiing with cast thing, but damn man if my parentals were so overprotective i would just run away . . . assuming that nothing worked... ie. talking to them

just be like:

I dont see what the point of you trying to shelter me so much is, if I am not going to enjoy the things in my life than whats the point of living? Being overprotective is so dumb... (Mabye not when it comes to mental things like not letting your kids over a house with a bad family life or drug use )

The more things you experience in life, the stronger you will be . . . thats what I have to say.

 
when my friend broke his arm he asked the doc if the can form the cast like hes holding a ski pole. he did. Pretty sick.

yeah man, im in a cast right now. i broke.dislocated my thumb and had to get surgery over christmas, but i have a hard cast on it, and made a makeshift cover for the rest of my thumb with my pain meds bottle, just explain that its pretty safe in the cast, and that you will be careful, and that you are taking the risk of ruining the rest of your season if you fuck up again. just act mature about it and if your parents are reasonable they will realize its your choice... or threaten to start using meth
 
someone i know got a cast cause he broke his arm, thenn he played football and his cast broke and his arm got more injured, then he broke it again and he had to get surgery. so basically he had his cast on for 2 months and then a splint for another month.
 
get a robot hand.

seriously, just fill a grocery bag full of cotton or something and tie it off around joor injury. it will be invincible
