im not selling my car, you just dont sell a car thats brand new, my mom bought me my car thats it i pay for everything else, i pay for all my skiing stuff and she wont buy me one she said, u guyrs are retarded because u keep telling me to get her to buy me one but do u not understand that she won't
 
my mom came to america when she was 16 from africa, she spoke very little english, she worked hard and attended college, and went on to get her phd in pshycology and masters in nursing, my dad lived in south side chicago which is the worst part, he was constantly on food stamps and had very little money, he worked hard to get out of the ghetto and moved to RI where he attended bryant and got his masters in business and mba, he is now a trader, sure both my parents make 6 figures but they worked hard for it, so before u comment remember that you don't know who i am or how i got this way

If that's true, I'll respect the hell out of your parents for coming from nothing and becoming something. But their life stories are not yours. There's a bit of a difference between being born into poverty and being born into a wealthy family. Everything they accomplished to get where they are probably occurred before you were even a sperm cell.

Im willing to bet that she will also pay for insurance, gas, repairs and everything else associated with the car. She probably also buys you all of the necessities in your life (clothes, food, etc.) most parents do. The only thing you probably have to buy yourself is this season pass (good for you mom for finally making you work), jiberish, and video games.

Your parents seem like they are really hardworking people who appreciate what they have, you on the other hand do not.

come to my house and everything in my room that is there i have purchased with my own money not given to me by my parents but i worked for it, my brother pays for his own gas and insurance, my parents are paying for his college but thats all too, he buys everything he wants also, im done i have to go rake leaves at the retirement home in an hour and i have homework to do end of discussion

Im pretty sure a lot of people in this thread know the meaning of hard work. Good job for starting to work at age 15, the thing you have to realize is that sometimes you have to give up one thing to get another. Im willing to bet that instead of buying new skis this year, you could have used your pair from last year and used that money for a season pass.
