just found out my mom wasn't buying one for me this year, i didnt get enough money working im only 15 so i dont have a real job i umpire baseball. i sold everything i didnt need and i still dont have enough money, and next week it goes up another $100 because of late buying, im so pissed improbably gonna ski 2 times this year
 
they check passes when u get onto the lift during time change hours, if u have like 10+ tickets clipped on they dont even bother looking

There's no other mountain nearby that would hire at 14+?

Maybe you can do some kid of intern as a ski instructor. Unpaid work a little here and there, do some clinics, get a free pass, and a job for next season
 
there are only 4 mountains in my state, my mountain in 5 minutes away and the next closest one is 45 minutes......, im gonna work like a bitch doing random thbings its not even funny
 
i got an idea now, last year i saw some guy walking around town with a shovel and a bag full of money, ill try that when we get snow
 
I poached hyland hills for 10 years straight. Pretty stupid looking back but I got to ski for free! Although, I only rode their park via tow rope.
 
go house to house and offer to rake leaves?

winter is coming there has got to be a lot of yard work to be done.

or go to the store and buy those pumpkin leaf backs for whatever. divide the total price after tax by the number of bags. this is what you have to sell the bags for to clear a profit. then add a reasonable amount on top for your profit margin. halloween is coming and people always want more of those pumpkin/novelty leaf bags for decoration.

whole trick about making money is finding what people need or will need in the future then adjust your approach to that.
 
when i said backs i mean bags. and when i said divide total cost by total number of bags, it should be to break even or be at zero profit..
 
i get $30 per game but i had lacrosse so i didn't do alot and to get that much you must get paid alot per game or have no life, thanks though
 
Email them and ask to volunteer for a pass... A lot of resorts do that, even the big ones out here on the West Coast (didn't see where you live.)
 
hit up retirement homes...those people will pay out the wazoo for you to just shovel the little path between their door and car.
 
i am not getting one either for literally the first time in my life since I was old enough to need one. I might get like 6 days in all year.

You have Sundown, and we have Southington. Which obviously has worse features, but the environment is 10X better.

ive been to sundown once with my friends and we didn't like it even though i have to admit the rails are so nice at sundown but jumps are shittty
 
OKSRY I'll call you Alexis. So Alexis I have been to Sundown and I have to say the jumps were garbo. Le rails were better than Southington's but I think the amount of shenanigans we have compensates.
