No poles this x games

I totally heard that too. Do you think he will be using Armada poles, or is Burton making him a set. I hope he uses Goode poles. They are way lighter.

EVERYONE, ITS TRUE.......... i also heard that skis will also be banned, and everyone has to compete on snowblades, and snowboarders all must use poles to be allowed to compete
 
i agree to that....just not with the "high and mighty" tone to it. same with candide a bunch of years ago. i wanted him to compete in X games and stuff but if he doesn't want to then ood for him. on top of that if pep did compete i would be annoyed if he did sick ass 180's and 5's. yea they are awsome, but you know they are not gonna score against the technical stuff and i would rather see a youngun who is throwing kang flips and stuff try and win, instead of him making a point

 
Remember nopoles is an admin, so I wouldn't talk shit about him. I also doubt he is banned from the xgames.

i heard skiers of all forms are ditching poles too... racers, corss country skiers... everyone!! who needs stupid things like poles? they are only compensation anyways

but on a serious note... i hear the people of ns often critize people for taking the sport in a direction that resembles ariel skiing. the call 'ariel steez' is often heard, is it not? ... so why then, do some people support no poles... you may or may not have noticed that arielists dont use them! clearly not all anti arielists are pro 'no pole steez' steeze...but fuck! you have to see the contradiction here

btw. poles have been apart of the sport for pretty much as long as skis have been... i see no reason to ditch them cause a trend of people who only ride park want to look more like rollerbladers... respect skiings tradition at least a little bit, we have reinvented the sport enough as it, if people dont like it at the unbelievably cool state it is in now... then fuck-em!!!
