I just bought a case for 20 bucks. 24 cans. What. A. Deal.

I know, its an indifferent sort of taste, and it burns your throat, but the caffiene in it is an insane amount man. Its like 20% more caffinated than a rockstar or a bookoo or whatever else is loaded like that...

I used it on the slopes a few days last year, and since i'm highly reactive to energy drinks, especially when i drink a lot.. this stuff makes me go practically insane.

Anyone else tried it? Remember, it was called COCAINE energy drink before they were sued by Coke over the name (why coke wants to be tied to the street name of a drug? I do not know...) But now it is called NO NAME until they come up with a new name for it.

I didn't realize Coca-Cola sued them over the name 'Cocaine'. I thought it was because the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) thought the name of the drink was luring people into thinking that it was a substitute for the real drug. And so they were taken to court by some lawyers from TX I think...

I haven't heard about the Coca-Cola thing though... I'm not sure if you've got that one right.

And the caffiene is insane. Isn't it like, 3 or 4x as strong as Red Bull?
 
ya i wanna try one i heard that there the legal amount of cafine in a can and that u have o be 18 to buy one
 
it burns your throat worse than liquor, so if you were going to chase with it, just take the liquor straight instead.
 
coca-cola got its name because the drink used to have cocain in it, back in the days when we thought cocain was good for you. when it was decided the cocain was an illegal drug, they dropped the cocain and kept the name.
 
^ true, but I bet they just decided to go out and be corporate assholes in taking upon the law suit since they are one of the biggest distributes in the world. They crushed a small company that could in no way afford to fight for their rights most likely because it has the name cocaine and the coke backed politicians don't enjoy controversy or competition in the market place.
 
Redbull has 80 mg caffiene in it. (8 oz), which is a decent amount for an energy drink.

Wired 344 has 344 mg caffiene in it (12 oz). so I think Wired 344 has the most caffeine out f any energy drink. I use it to chase and mix and it doesn't burn at all or any shit like that and I like the taste. Although I've never been big on energy drinks.

 
it sucks. I had a can of cocaine the other day(it was still called cocaine cuz it was like the last can left in some country gas station)
 
Friend works for the company that distributes the drinks. He used his discount to buy them 50% off, and then sold them for me for that price.

Anyways, that energy drink would destroy me. I had a rockstar once and while it did work quite well for a couple hours, I had a headache for the next 8. I've always been more of a tea guy.
 
Cocaine/No Name has 280 mg of caffeine and is 8.4fl oz. So its about the same as that other stuff.

But it still has less caffeine per fl oz than espresso. A lot of adults drink a bunch of that shit everyday
 
very well. vodka and redbull do great. I've been told that amaretto and redbull are insaine together too. but it's written not to mix alcohol with redbull. but who cares about the warnings...
 
i'm sick of energy drinks. i was happy when redbull was in those small cans, but now there are so many new kinds of energy drinks and they're all in huge fucking cans that are completely stupid (i know cocaine isn't in huge can let me just get this out). and kids are just abusing the shit out of all of this by drinking so much of it all at once and it's so terribly unhealthy for your bodies and it's just stupid. have one or two once in awhile, but when a 12 year old kid is packing them down because he thinks he needs the energy for his geometry test, then there's something wrong.

but yeah, 10 year old kids drinking 'em for the hell of it is wrong...
 
I had a sip of my friends that he got at a gas station. Like people said it burns you throat and is fucking nasty. My friend who drank it before a hockey game said he was like crazy adrenaline rush during the game.

But like for energy drinks I don't think they're healthy at all and I don't ever feel the effects. I almost never drink them except for rockstars when I ski sometimes cuz they taste good. But like does anyone realize that caffeine could be like cocaine. Where its thought to be harmless thing put in drinks. I mean wheres the line between drug and energy drink. The best way is to try to stay away from all caffeine, theres really no effect for me-I always get my coffee decaff and try to get caffeniee free soda.
 
Not really, it's nice to be able to have a cup of decaf late in the day and still sleep. Also, caffeine is mildly addictive, so for people that don't really want to be relying on it in the morning etc, decafs a good option since coffee is so delicious.
