No More Wiener Wednesday

sometimes people are left with no option but to sue if they are seriously hurt, this sounds kinda frivolous though, also that sucks.

this man is obviously slow if all his friends could get out of the way but he was too busy derping around

i would also like to know how sitting on a toboggan knocks you out

pretty negligent on Aspen's part. I've been lucky enough to get pre lift snacks at other places but they always hand them out in the corral. Not sure how Aspen does it but they shouldn't make the guy who's supposed to bump chairs cook and hand out hot dogs. This could have been easily avoided especially given their use of RF tickets, freeing up a lifty who otherwise would be checking tickets. Still, 100k is cheaper than hiring a couple people to do it right.

welcome to america.

pretty ridiculous, and even worse that he might have a case. it's annoying that people can always find a way around the waivers they signed

this is dildos. I ski Aspen/Snowmass 100% of the time, and the lifties are as highly qualified as any other fucker on the mountain. The liability waiver that must be signed before you are given a pass absolves Aspen Skico of injuries due to improper use of the lifts. This cuntfaucet clearly was not aware like his friends were, and paid the price. It was a case of not knowing what to do, so it is his fault. Aspen is not to blame for his retardation.

Do not insult my mountains sir. I will have at thee through interwebs battle royale.

People sue for the most ridiculous shit. My dad is a radiologist and was sued for 2 million dollars because he failed to notice that the baby in an ultrasound was missing part of his arm, and the parents said that they would've aborted the baby if they would've known he was gonna be missing part of his arm. Luckily my dad won, but it was close...

i'm curious as to how bad that dude hurt his shoulder...

pretty sure it's just gonna be a small bruise, or maybe not even that and now he's probably going to ruin wiener wednesday for everyone !

I bet hes barely even bruised. He's still gonna try and sue for damages though. The things people will do for money theese days is insane.

The article says his friends got out of the way no problem, and I can only assume he had the same opportunity for escape. If his head wasn't so far up his (possibly liberal) ass, he would've been able to gtfo and not hurt himself. The context of the situation implies an operator error on the part of the dickhead skier. It was (mostly) his fault, so Skico should not be liable.

Also I win on the grounds that fuck you Static Shock old ass cartoon bitch mutherfuckah

i just threw it in for lolz. also he probably lives in or near Aspen, so he's likely a liberal darsh.
