No More Tickets!

sorry but its still possible to get tickets. they only pick up the laser guns when they are firing. so if there is nobody in front of you to set it of then you might get hit. still helps though

not true...one car i was in had one and it picked up a cop car that had no cop in it and was like an out of commission car that some guy owned but it still had a gun.

does it have a built in tracking device which alerts the US military to fire a hellfire missle from one of 538 contracted UAV's to neutralize the cruiser?

They work. Whenever a cop car's radar or laser are on, they sense it.. they don't have to be firing.. and they will warn you up to a mile or two in front and behind you. You're pretty safe. The only way you'll get busted is if the cop's radar is off.. then he gets really close to you, then turns it on, and its already too late.

still had a gun? unlikely, but some pick up police radios and alert you : lets you know if there a cop even if hes not radaring. problem with this is that im pretty sure it also picks up police scanners.

i could be wrong but the bottom line is that cops are always trying new guns that get past radar defense systems and the technology gets outdated quickly

no it did it wasnt out of commission but it was a local cop so it stayed at the guys house i guess...it could have been another cop but no because it did it everytime you went by.

i dont think they do that... that was escort that does that but the radar detector actually sucks

and i heard they dont pay the full ticket anyway

they're illegal in canada, but is there a points system in the us, i dont know how that works.

You could also coat your car with radar absorbing pain or other materials to make it ivisible to radar like a stealth bomber, i think that would be pretty cool.

Still, i'm pretty sure every ticket you get will increase your insurance by far more than the ticket is actually for. So while they may pay for the couple hundred dollar ticket, the $1000+ increase in insurance is all on you. Obviously having a radar detector is good protection, but you still need to watch out.

the valentines are constantly the number 1 or 2 radar detetors available. read any RD articles in whcih they compare. better yet, go to a car sitre, lsforums.com svtperformance.com ect and m,ost ppl swear by these!

i was gonna order one of those but i just got a passport x50 instead. didnt feel it was worth the extra hundred for the arrows, even tho they would be nice. mine hasnt let me down yet tho.
