I was lokoing at the 09/10 stuff and i saw that there are no invaders.

Are the afterbangs taking over the invaders?

yeah its a sad day for the park rats. i guess you still got the anthems and the new masterminds are LINES new price point ski. but it doesnt look symmetric. and the afterbang is just a new concept that needs to sink in, seems like a really nice ski, we'll see when we get some review from people that are going to be using them

tis sad. but ill just rock some like crappy skis in the beginning of next year and depending on reviews of the afterbangs... we will see

The Afterbang took over the invader, same concept(symetric) and the master mind is pretty much a super light and softer capped chronic

i thought that the masterminds were taking over the invader, because the afterbangs have a totally different construction and incorporate line's new concepts (skateboard-like technology). but i have no clue. i know the afterbangs are supposedly lighter.

yeah that and im sure you will be able to buy invaders for a pretty long period of time. some people are still selling the 06-07 brand new. and you can get last years all over and thirs years is all over. i'll probably pick up a pair for next year for dirt cheap. They should lower the anthem price..

I'll be one of the first to have the Afterbangs. I just got my bents and next year I'm going to get the Afterbangs. I've heard good things from some team members that have been riding them. All I've heard is: "you will like them." 4 years of development was put into them and developers would go into big freezers with the skis and bangs them on rails and everything else in a park. They should be quite durable and super light because they require much less material. They were also able to move the butter zone closer to the binding. It will be a very fun ski. I'm excited.

I think line is going down the shitter for this though.

I mean everyone i know has invaders well other then like three people.

The whole point of the invaders were to be cheap soft and popy and being symetrical.the fastest ski g and b (my local ski store) ran out of invaders they got a new shipment in everyweek and sold out in a few days. and if your hardcore and rails and stuff then it's not as expesive to replace hem with new invaders.

Line,

that was a dub ass move.
