No consequence place to lean tricks

besides lieka foam pit i just discovered asick place to learn muscle memory for tricks...

in a lake or ocean in like 3 feet of water...yea i know its kind of puss, but is slows the rotation down, so you can kind of "see" the rotation better...and it helps for tricks that are like "break your neck if you do it wrong" on a tramp (backflips)

just thought id share...i did it today for backs and no i'm the man at sketchy backs on the tramp...tomorrow hopefully ill be good

no ones as good as me, they just got better marketing schemes

but then you just float, i say I agree i total Waters the best, water ramps are btter thought

not underwater, just jump up and land in like 2 feet of water

Yeah I was taught backies on the tramp a few weeks ago. They have always freaked me out but if youve got somethere holding onto your hood and the back of your knees they can help you spin if your not gonna make it. A few of those to help get the feel and I was sweet doing them on the tramp.

yea exactly, gettign your timing down the first few is tough...i didn't want to fucking land on my neck

www.acrobatx.com 5minutes bike from my home its nice but its really hard for snowboarders...they cant turn...you have to go straight ahead...the only bad thing is that the canadian acrobatic team is training their and omg...how can you be more gay then that? how can you ski without poles?

Dude trying them underwater doesn't help. Unless you mean jumping into 3 feet of water but you could probably break your neck easier doing that than tramping

An airbag is the best training you can get. The only time I hurt myself on this (Les 2 Alpes, France) is when I under-rotated a double backflip and kneed myself in the nose.

Here's a friend of mine hitting it on a snowboard:

haha, if you break your neck trying a backflip on a trampoline you have no place even jumping.

My weiner is probably harder than yours.

I tried my first backflip on an icy park hip a few years ago needless to say I freaked out in the air and managed to land on my face/bellyflop. ahh good times. If your poor or far away from powder/ water ramps and you have no balls just find a diving board and work on gainers I did a few gainers off a diving board last summer and when it came time to start chucking backs this year I landed on my skis everytime, its a very similar motion the only difference is not having to create forward momentum so I find them easier on skis then a diving board.

We pay our debt sometimes.

if you practice backflips in 2 feet of water, theres definately a greater chance of getting hurt than on a trampoline...

i was VERY worried that id fly off the tramp and/or smack my face somewhere...cause i tried bio 5's the second day and smacked my foot into the railing...i thought i broke it

dig your tramp into the ground so its level with the dirt that way if you fly off you might not break yourself as easily

We pay our debt sometimes.

do backs first into water, stand backwards on a diving board and toss one like your doing a switch back... this is of course so you dont smack your head on the diving board.

i know im wasting half my ad dollars, i just dont know which half

^he's got it right, you gotta start doing them like you are going swith. stand backwards on a board, or dock with a railing, or anything with a little bit of height so you have time to spin. The once you get the motion down good, you can start to try gainers, but really emphasize the forward momentum. Hitting your head on the board sucks...

whenever I tell any of them that their too fat they laugh and say good one. I insist that it was not a joke but they dont beleive me. its pretty gross- t-man152

when u do a backflip on skis does it feel like a gainer? or is it easier since you dont actualy have to create the forward motion yourself? because i can backflip on a tramp no prob, even without bouncing just by pushing off, but gainers off diving boards and stuff sketch me out
