i recommend u buy one...to anybody...even if u don't wear a watch...if u get one u will be so surprised how nice it is to have one...specially a good lookin one

just make sure when u get it..if u get it at a retailer that they remove er add links er wutever right when u buy it..cause it costs money at jewelers an they have the tools for it...so hard to do by urself....

..an they have a sicknasty extremely good warentee..they will replace batteries an shit fer free if u just pay to ship it thier
 
I hve the player is all black whih i got for my 16th i believe and I am now 19 and still rock it.. they are deff worth the money by far i love mine
 
I have a couple, great watches that look great and are pretty damn durable.

Plus they have pretty good customer service, I broke the glass on one skateboarding and it was like $20 to fix it.
 
Sick, thanks guys. I'm thinking I should go to a store to buy and see how it feels/ get it fitted. any comments on the pic of the watch I posted?
 
if u want a all black watch go look at the all black capital...tic coated...real flyyy...i got the silver and black...and i love it..sickest watch
 
thanks, I'm just wondering if it'd be nice for 'formal occasions' as well as casual.

the capital can be worn with dress clothes...and with hoodys...thats what i like about mine..im lookin for a cheaper cannon..or rotolog watch i cna add to the collection too
 
nixons are so awesome. i have the scout in brown, it is my favorite watch i own. its so simple and bullet proof and everyone comments on it
 
Nixon is so sexy. That watch is a really sick one too, Chris has it. I wear this one and I love it:

Yeah I'm on my second one. My old Rover broke and Nixon replaced it for free with any watch of the same price so I got a Don (discontinused but one of their nicest models). They've got a lot of nice styles. A couple of guys I work with say their quality is shit but mine have been fine considering how long I had them and when I broke them it was falling on them an snapping links and stuff. Both times Nixon customer service was awesome.
 
all black nixons are so ill ... they look fresh with any outfit for sure ... my personal favorites are the banks and the player
 
yea i have an all black player...get commented on it all the time

when i become a baller i will buy the ceramic player...i love that watch
 
now I really want to go get it haha. I'll look at all the Nixons to decide what I like best. I don't want something to heavy or big if I'm wearing it all the time and the date is definitely a plus.
 
freestyle watches are good too...they have great durability and they can have style too. I have the funbox ss and the lockdown watch, and they have lasted me a long time through a lot of beating...I got one of them stolen from me last year so I had to buy a new one, but obviously people want these types of watches.
 
yeah, freestyle makes some great watches too. I've had a few over the years now I was just looking to switch it up a bit.
 
i dont know about you guys but i hated mine...i had to warranty my player 4 times...they gave me a brand new player twice and they both broke. i then bitched to get a different model of watch so after a month of bitching i got a rotolog and it broke...great...and now i have another rotolog and ive had it for about 4 months with no problems...yet. i dont reccomend.
 
hm, that's not good. I'll probably still get one but I'll keep this in mind. anything you did to them or were they just falling apart?
 
so I went to the Burton store in VT a week ago with a friend who wanted to check it out and I tried on some watches, I can't wait to order it. I was going to be all wtf did anon drop the ski team!!! but the guys working in the store were pretty cool and helpful so I decided not to be an ass.
 
I guess I have sorta a thing for watches. I could care less about clothes/shoes/hats... but watches, that's another story.

I have seven Nixons and I like them all. BUT... I have had issues with the watch band falling off my GTO. Luckily, Nixon is pretty cool about repairs... they didn't just give me a new band, they gave me a whole new watch! My Esquire is just about the classiest watch I've ever seen.

Personally, I prefer Ammon Watches. I have two of them, and not only is the build quality superior, but so are the materials used. Not to mention, I think Ammon has more style.
 
im wearing the all black super rover right now. solid choice.

i also have an all black player, it use to be sweet and still is for like formal shit.

if you like formal watches look at the all black banks.

 
they are great watches. My friends who have 'em all swear by them. I on't wear watches, cause I'm too cheap to get a decent one and Timex and cheap ones always break in like 2 months. I would definitely get Nixon though, If i had some money
 
Thats the main feature I look for in buying a watch because I never know what day it is
 
I have both the player in silver and the all black banks, Have rocked them at the shop for work, and at weddings and what not. Can be used for formal and for casual. The player is 5 years old and I have had no problems, so the durability is on point. That one looks like it could be done the same. Enjoy
 
awsome quality, their metal watches are sick i rock the block mostly and when i ski, i got the banks for when i gotta look like a respectable citizen love um both
 
I love the look of their watches and the first one I bought lasted 5+ years, but every one that I bought after that has broken on me within the first couple months. Iwould send them in to be fixed get them back and they would just break again. I think that I am just going to give Freestyle a try.
 
just normal wear, nothing out of the ordinary. the pins kept falling out that are never supposed to move and the band was falling apart. it happened when i was skiing once and i almost lost my watch. on the chair i looked down to check the time and relised my watch wasnt on. the band broke and it was halfway up my sleeve. if i put my arm down im sure it would have fallen out.
