haha , thats whats up buddy , 9 is a sick company and still has good riders and will be fine , u people just crazy cause they lost some big names , well there alot of riders out there looking for sponserships that are fucking good ...... and they probly guna get some sick riders WANTING to rep 9 , like some one said they cater to a different type of skiier and customer base all to gether, and that what make 9 what it is any way,
 
I have heard a lot of good, and a lot of bad. I can't tell which one out weighs to other. But if a company loses main athletes, screws over their athletes/employees/retailers, doesn't do good business, and doesn't try to improve things for the better, its not hard to believe that they would go out of business.
 
I do not understand everyone going oh yer 9thward skis suck.

Bet half of you have never even tried a pair and are just saying it because you read it somewhere else.

I got my first pair of 9ths in 08. They are still going strong. Use them for park skis now and even hitting rails for 2 seasons i don't have any edge cracks... So how can you say they are not durable?

And Personally I think Shane does a good job. The shop I work at doesn't sell Ninthward but I met up with them at ISPO and they shipped me a pair still and I got a killer deal.

And as for the team, They still have the Peters brother, Mik D

 
i know two different people who ride for ninth, cant say i have heard them brag about how great the skis are but they didnt seem to last to long on a single pair. i know at least 4 different people who have broken 9ths within a short amount of time. this is just from what i have seen personally. Plus that whole Corey vanular thing is just really lame.

 
aren't these the only people they cater to?? i cant see anyone else supporting this company but if you like their skis i can understand
 
ya now that they've lost all their good skiers, they really have nothing going for them. it's true too that they never follow through with anything! they're really not on the ball and they need to go out of business.

At the NZ Big Mountain Open B Devine took 2nd place.

Oh yer, shit, all their good skiers are gone...

So what if they lost HH, Skiing isn't just about competitions. Some companies sponsor people for just riding. When was the last time you saw Rory Silva in a comp?... but the guy sure does shred.

and his pro model is amazing.

you have never used their skis and if you did you used a product from 5 years ago. the skis for the last 2 or 3 years have been awesome and bomb proof. you dont know shit pussy.

9thward as a company is run like shit no doubt most people wont deny that but anyone who gets on here and says there product sucks dick is a god damn fucking idiot. they skis are AWESOME hands down fucking awesome. I have been skiing since I could walk and have not been on better skis.

talk all the shit you want on the owners or how they run their company but lets leave the product trash talk out because their product is great. anyone you rides a newer pair of 9's (last 3 or 4 years) will say the exact same thing.

So they did pay someone or didnt send someone on their team a new pair of skis, that sucks, super dick move, but does that mean their SKIS aka PRODUCT sucks...? NO.
