No I shouldn't. Just saying that video is unwatchable. I've seen plenty of old ski edits/movie segments on the internet that still look much better than that and not in HD.
I got henrik's super cheap from shane last year and i loved riding them while they lasted. unfortunately, that was only like 15 days of skiing. so much for ninthward durability.
Actually, a lot of people here have had dealings with Ninthward Skis "administration", and know how shitty they are at running a business / being honest.
Ninthward isn't making a come back, they must have just somehow convinced someone to give them another business loan - or maybe it was the trust fund.
first off: max peters still rides his 2008 2009!!![/u] skis. i have them so yall can shut the fuck up about durability. besides every company has one or 2 pairs out of a bunch that didnt get the right treatment or what ever. shit happens.second: just because ninthward is a small company that apparently "sucks" doesnt mean u should hate on it. imagine urself as the owner of ninthward and having the majority of ur team leave then have everyone hate on ur brand all over the internet. seriously not cool.
Third: gauruntee the majority of those fucks that hate on 9 have never skied there skis and think they are so cool because they ski on salomon. fuck no. so stfu!
fourth: just because they havent updated their website doesnt mean they suck. seriously websites do not matter. its the motherfucking internet who gives a shit. all that really matters is that u can see their skis, team and buy their skis.
fifth: just because they lost a majority of their team means absolutley nothing. "oh no im not getting paid enough boo hoo :'[ ) thats not what skiing should be about. skiing is about the love of the sport. a paycheck shouldnt matter as long as u are on the having fun as much as u can. if they arent paying u enough get a real job. its not that hard.
ninthward will never die. they have left such on a huge mark on he ski community that it just wont happen. one love to ninthward forever. your skis are the best ive ever ridden. peace.
It's pretty clear they don't pay attention to other companies after that statement about being the first ski company to make a bamboo ski. That's completely wrong.
i had the first mik d pro model from 2005/6 until this past season and at least rode them a couple times every year and really hard for a couple seasons. most bullet proof skis i've ever had. i've broken everything from line to dynastar to surface (haha) and the mik d's lasted the longest. too bad the company seems to have run itself into the ground.
The fact that Max Peters still rides his 2008/2009 skis says more about the company not making a comeback, then it says about the durability of the skis. Would be fun to see it happen though.
