...well I am back with probably the first consumer review of the Nintendo DS. I got two of them from work today and they are dope as all fuck.

i played with one of those at a store it's pretty COOl but i don't think many people will buy it for the games cause right now they don't have many games out. i found the coolest feature was the wireless pic-o-chat i think that's what it's called.

anyways...yes it will hit at least 300USD on ebay it's almost an inevitability.

The expansion shit that is going to be released for it is crazy.

When i turn it on, it connects to my router automatically. That means built in wifi.

You're farrrrrrr too out of touch with the current tech world to understand what it's potential is.

at this point, it's better (graphics wise) than the N64 already...and it's first generation.

Personally, Im aranging a gigantic revolution where everyone takes there n64s out of the basement, and we mess with the chips till we can pump out the new games in cartriges that work for n64!!

i would opt for the psp too, but im a bit woried about the batter life, considering it has to spin the cd.

Anyways cool deal on your new DS's.

 
They retail for 150 USD, they are ok, graphics are good, a little hard to use with the stylus and all. Im keeping my options open for the psp. It is rumored to have equal or better than ps2 graphics, it has a wireless network adapter built into it which is good for me, multiple other features and good games coming out for it. Im really hoping it won't break the bank trying to get one.

and the psp is gonna be under 200, they're thinkin around 160 ish... the ds's retail over 200, the psp is definately gonna be the way to go

 
I think the dual-screen thing is just a bad idea... building an entire system on a gimmick like that just restricts what developers can do with it. I tried it out in a store and it was just too hard to use... I'm looking forward to the PSP, it has a huge screen and regular controls...

Nintendo is great, but I think I'll wait for their next handheld here.
