First off, it's Canon. Secondly, I personally have found that my D70 focused a little faster than my friends older T1i, but other than that I don't know too much about the specs. Oh and Media & Arts.

I prefer nikon, although the vast majority of people are going to say canon. Try em out and see which one you like

Both are good it's pretty much extremely preference. I use canon only because I got a pro 35mm body (1NHS) for really cheap. And when it comes down to it, the 1VHS (which i want) beats out nikons 35mm top model since it was made more recently. With the digital stuff though, it's all preference.
