Nikon D80 vs D90

I have two different deals lined up just want to get a feedback on what you guys think is a better buy

1.

this a Nikon D80 10.2 MP SLR Digital Camera with AF 35-70nn Zoom Lens in excellent condition with Extras.

It was bought in sept. of 2006 original owner

Included Accessories: 1 Battery Charger, 2 Batteries, Battery Grip for Nikon D80, 2GB SD Memory, Original Box.

$550 for D80 Body+Battery Grip .

$60 for AF 35-70mm Zoom Lens

$600 for all.

2.

I have a D90 Body and im selling it to upgrade to a better body. Ive

used it only a few times and can prove the low shutter actuations. The

camera is in PERFECT shape. i have all th instructions and warrenty

cards but i have no box. It does come with a case and 4 gb sd card. Im

asking 800. fell free it email with questions or if you want photos.

Is the D90 worth the extra money or should i go for the D80 because money is a issue?

wait what?you could buy a D80, but you have a D90 you want to sell and upgrade?did i read that way wrong?
 
yes you did. sorry for miss understanding. I have a D50 and looking to upgrade to either the D80 or D90 above. i am asking what you think is a better deal?

well i answered my own question, I do have nikon glass a 18-55mm, 70-300mm, and a 70mm

looking at getting a 10-20mm or fisheye aswell
 
Don't get a d80. It's a HUGE downgrade. From what i;ve read, there isn;t much of a difference between the d80 and d40 except for the body, the d90 has a CMOS censor the CCD which is old and not ad good. The d90 also performs amazingly in low light, So in MY opinion, don't do it. It seems the only reason your doing it is for the lens and the accessory's. Where you can keep your d90 by which in ALL means out performs the d80 and build up your extras with time.
 
Sorry for the double post but i missed a few details.

The d80 has the CCD censor with means there is no upgrade in censor from the 5d0 to d80 so theres a HUGE disadvantage of the d80. So basically, with the d80 your just buying a bigger body, where with the d90 your ACTUALLY upgrading everything. You already have some decent glass (i think) so why not actually upgrade your body to a very nice one? You can get two batteries and a grip for like 160 bucks from third parties like OPTEKA http://www.opteka.com and from what i said you already have nice glass so get the d90. Your really be glad you did in the end.
