Nick martini hurt?

im making this for my friend who just recently hurt her knee also but she doesnt know how to use ns so i thought id make this for her.

i know he hurt his knee in practice for the dew tour but how did he hurt it and what did he do to his knee?

i searched and came up with nothing.
 
i just saw his facebook status and came to check NS figuring there would be a thread already and there was!
but it said "Nick MartiniFell on a switch 9 in dew tour practice and tore his acl, out until summer, surgery tomorrow, hope it goes well!"

soooo shitty, i was pumped to see him kill it this year

That blows, Martini a total inspiration being one of the only pro skiers in my height range. Such as huge blow to PBP as well, him and Tudor made EDIAS.
 
thanks for the info guys. that really blows for martini. same thing happened to my friend, torn acl and meniscus. Martini is one of the most enjoyable skiers to watch and even more to ski with. i was really hoping to ski with him again at jib academy. i guess not. +++ vibes to him and my friend for speedy recoverys.
 
Dang Martini. I will really miss watching him do urban and throw ridiculous doubles this year. + vibes man. The skiing world will miss you this season.

 
Nick is gonna be back and be better than ever. He works harder than anyone in the game and is going to absolutely blow up next winter.
