Nick Dalton Edit

less shaky filming, different angles (switch it up a little more), try to get a better white balance too on the camera (just fiddle with the settings). Nice skiing though...but you live in vail, you should film outside the park too. It was sick nasty anyways, I enjoyed it. Mediocre filming, very above average park skiing.

Keep working, you have a really good start if this is your first edit.

Thanks for the advice. I realize the filmings gotta be better- my brother was filming most of it and said he wouldn't film unless he got to do some follow cams, so the filmings pretty shaky. I spend a decent amount of time on cliffs, urbans, etc. but didn't film any this year and I only got 3 partial days of filming done. I gotta mix grabs up too.

lower the brightness and give it some contrast, at times it was hard to see. Other than that everything seemed smooth. But a tripod could help you a lot.

You look legit, if you grab all your stuff, get some really sick editing, and make it fun to watch and you could blow up next season, your style is pretty cool I like what I see.

very nice kee up the good work, and you'll keep getting better, i think you don't have to put the shots you didn't stomp.. i think there were a couple of 270s that u fall earlier.. but it's good, keystone is so fun!

some sick skiing but you should get a tripod or handle for your camera cus the filming was kinda sketch.

but sick skiing for sure

work on rails!!! and it's not necessary to put all those four 270's onto the down rail considering i don't think you got the hole rail

His spins look smooth to me, all he has to do is grab and that will keep his arms from being all over the place and that should make him look pretty solid. As for blowing up, e-sarcasm was up there at a 9/10, but hey you never know, kid could get to work and put out edits often and NS could get on his nuts!

solid edit for a first try man, like everybody else said a tripod would be nice, and for the opening sequence of jumps maybe some different angles. maybe a follow cam off the jump or a shot from the landing. Just throw in a little variety. But very good edit, smooth style

I do not agree....the only thing jumping you need to work on is right side and grabbing....i saw nothing tech on rails...not hating just stating opinion

Nah thats cool, im just saying outside of whats shown in the edit, I spend a lot more time on rails. I just didn't have much in the edit.

sorry for the double post, to clarify above I meant to say I didn't have many quality rails in it, and I realize that.

great music and tricks

bad angles and the camera shakes too much especially at the bigining, I could barely see what you were doing when hitting the jumps.

get a better camera and better angles such as the 1:56 part.
