Nicest pro skier????

Simon Dumont is wicked nice. I haven't met anyone else, but when i was hiking a rail, he came up to me and started a conversation.
 
hjorleifson was super chill this summer. i talked with him for a solid half hour over random things and his skis. once we were done chatting he offered me his skis to try for a couple runs, he adjusted them for me and was super stoked. i was pretty amped to get to ride his personal skis.

tanner hall was also really chill when i met him, really relaxed and nice.
 
I can't really say i've met any but if I had to guess I'd say most of the nimbus guys like Benchetler, Pep or Pollard.
Like, if I had to pic one pro to ski with for a day I would pic one of them for sure.
 
only a handful of dudes on here have actually had the chance to ride/talk to a pro...so im guessing they are just going to say that one person, therefore you should change the name of this thread to "What pro skier have you met/rode with????"
 
Hornbeck and Walliisch were really nice and down to earth at windells even tho i was scared to talk to them. (claim alert) At IF3 I had a really funny conversation with Ahmet Dadali at the awards ceremony which was really really cool. So Ahmet is really nice in my books
 
yeah I met the hunting yeti crew all super chill and nice, I met T hall in the t line parking lot and he was way out of it, they had so much dope he was using all these words that didn't even make sense, I almost laughed at him.
 
I've never met a pro but just from what i've seen on his videoblog, and the fact that he has one, i'd say Jon seems like a pretty chill guy.
 
agreed. My dad met him on a plane and he whipped out two sticker sheet things, signed both with a personal message each for my brother and i, no hesitation at all. my dad said he talked to him a lil and was extremely nice.

Ive only met a few.Sammy was really chill. TJ was stoked all day, even tho he didnt have a knee.he would tell us to do fronties, and we would bring the tape to him and he woul dbe so stoked!
 
i partied with james heim, and he was one of the nicest guys ive met, super down to earth and really nice just to chat with
 
this must be the calmest ns forum ever created. and the only pro i know is hornbeck, so i guess him. but it seems that most pros are pretty chill. i think it kinda goes hand in hand with the lifestyle.
 
nicest pro skier i would have to say is sammy! hes really chill, really down to earth and just super stoked to be out riding, tannerwould be a close second

the first time i met tj i thought he was a douche but recently he was alot nicer, and colby seemed to be a big douche, thought he was the best skier ever to live, way to cocky, but i never got a good chance to talk to him

all these experiences were taken from nz this summer
 
Chris Davenport and Ingrid Backstrom were both incredibly nice when I ran into them on the lifts. I actually ran into davenport in a bar afterwards and spoke with him a ton again.

Through my experiences, I think that JP Auclair was the nicest pro skier I've ever met. Also I met Erik Olsen from Meatheads and he was really nice and answered all my questions!

I'm gonna have to say Chris Turpin, that guy's always really chill and always gives good advice on tricks, super super positive fella.
 
I should add that I live around Whistler and have met and skied with most pros. turpin is the fuckin man.
